Services

Support tailored to where you are, and where you want to be

People often seek psychological support when life has started to feel harder to manage, when past experiences still feel present, thoughts become overwhelming or intrusive, emotions feel difficult to regulate, relationships feel strained, tasks are harder to achieve or the pressure to keep performing begins to affect wellbeing. Whether you are looking for therapy, professional coaching, psychological support, supervision, expert reports, or training for your organisation, my expertise focuses on helping you understand what is happening, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. My services are designed to match your individual needs.

01 · Individual

Individual Psychological Therapy

Support for anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, or patterns that feel difficult to change. Therapy offers a confidential space to understand what is keeping you stuck and to develop healthier ways of coping, relating, and moving forward. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, and CFT and others related to your needs.

Therapy begins with a careful assessment of your current difficulties, symptoms, needs, and goals. This may include clinical discussion, structured questions, psychological questionnaires, and an exploration of relevant past experiences that may be connected to what you are struggling with now.

Following assessment, we will develop a psychological formulation. This is a shared understanding of your difficulties and the patterns that may be keeping them going. It is almost like putting together the pieces of a jigsaw: it helps us make sense of your experiences and decide which therapeutic approach is likely to be most helpful for you.

Sessions are collaborative, focused, and tailored to your needs. My role is to help you understand what is happening, identify meaningful goals, and learn practical strategies that you can apply in everyday life. Therapy is not only about feeling supported during sessions, but also about developing the skills, confidence, and insight to create lasting change.

Between sessions, you may be invited to practise new techniques or reflect on specific themes. These between-session tasks are an important part of therapy, helping you integrate new ways of thinking, responding, and coping into daily life.

The number of sessions needed varies depending on the complexity of the difficulties, your goals, and the pace of the work. We will review progress together and decide whether to end therapy when your goals have been met or continue with new areas of focus.

Therapy can sometimes feel emotionally challenging, but you will not be expected to go through the process alone. I will support you in working through barriers, building resilience, and moving towards meaningful and sustainable change.

Therapeutic Approaches

CBT — Helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviours. A structured, practical approach to identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.

ACT — Helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, building psychological flexibility and reconnecting with your values.

EMDR — Helps process traumatic or distressing experiences by reducing the emotional intensity of painful memories. Note: EMDR sessions can be booked for 50 minutes, 75 minutes or 100 minutes. I recommend at least 75 minutes to ensure time for processing.

CFT — Helps develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself, especially when struggling with shame, self-criticism, or anxiety.

02 · Executive

Executive & Professional Coaching

Psychological coaching for professionals, leaders, and individuals working in demanding environments. Sessions focus on resilience, performance, leadership confidence, emotional regulation, and managing workplace pressure.

Executive and professional coaching offers a focused, psychologically informed space to reflect on how you think, lead, communicate, and perform under pressure. It is designed for professionals, leaders, managers, business owners, and individuals in demanding roles who want to strengthen their confidence, resilience, decision-making, and effectiveness at work.

This type of coaching can be helpful if you are managing high levels of responsibility, workplace stress, burnout, conflict, self-doubt, perfectionism, career transitions, or the pressure to perform while maintaining your wellbeing.

Using psychological insight and evidence-based strategies, coaching sessions can help you understand the patterns that may be affecting your performance, relationships, motivation, or leadership style. Together, we work on developing practical tools to help you respond more effectively to challenges, communicate with greater clarity, manage emotions under pressure, and lead with confidence.

Executive coaching may focus on leadership development, resilience, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, workplace relationships, and managing complex professional demands. Professional coaching may focus on confidence, performance, career direction and changes, work-life balance, stress management, assertiveness, and developing a healthier relationship with work.

The aim is not only to help you perform better, but to support sustainable growth, so that success is built alongside psychological wellbeing, rather than at its expense.

03 · Neurodivergent Support

Support for Neurodivergent Adults

Specialist psychological support for adults with ADHD or autism, either diagnosed or self-identified. Therapy can help with emotional wellbeing, self-understanding, relationships, work demands, and developing strategies that fit your life.

Neurodivergent adults often seek therapy when life feels exhausting, overwhelming, or difficult to manage, especially after years of masking, trying to “fit in,” or feeling misunderstood. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, burnout, emotional intensity, sensory overwhelm, procrastination, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, or challenges at work.

I offer psychological support for adults with ADHD, autism, either diagnosed or self-identified neurodivergent adults.

Therapy can help you better understand your individual profile, including your strengths, needs, patterns, triggers, and the environments that support or drain you. The aim is not to change who you are, but to help you develop strategies that work with your mind and nervous system rather than against them.

Support may focus on emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-esteem, masking and burnout, sensory needs, communication, relationships, workplace stress, and self-advocacy. Sessions can also help you make sense of a recent diagnosis, explore your identity, and develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and adapted to your needs. This may include a more structured session format, clear goals, written summaries, visual tools, practical strategies, and space to reflect on how neurodivergence interacts with anxiety, trauma, mood, relationships, and professional life.

Please note I do not offer assessments for diagnosis purposes, nor prescribe and make recommendations for medication.

04 · Business

Coaching for Small Businesses

I support small business owners and teams to better understand the psychological factors that influence communication, performance, decision-making, and workplace wellbeing. Coaching can help create healthier working cultures, improve confidence, and support sustainable growth.

As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, I offer a discreet, personalised coaching service for business owners, executives, senior professionals, and businesses seeking meaningful behavioural change. Drawing on expertise in CBT, executive coaching, leadership development, and corporate mental health, my work supports clients to understand and transform the patterns that affect performance, confidence, communication, and wellbeing both at individual and team level.

This is coaching with clinical depth: evidence-based, psychologically sophisticated, and tailored to the demands of high-responsibility roles. Whether you are navigating leadership pressure, workplace stress, burnout risk, interpersonal challenges, or the emotional demands of organisational change, I provide a confidential space to develop insight, strengthen resilience, and build sustainable ways of working.

The goal is not simply to cope better, but to think more clearly, lead more effectively, and build sustainable ways of working that support long-term success.

05 · Reports

Expert Clinical Reports

Psychological assessments are an important pillar of my work and throughout my experience I have conducted assessments in clinical settings, forensic and legal. I provide clinical reports for diagnostic purposes, occupational health, legal and medico-legal, workplace, or other clinical purposes. Reports are completed with professionalism, clarity, and attention to each person’s psychological history, current needs, and circumstances.

My reports are clear, clinically robust, and evidence-based, offering specialist psychological opinion on the impact of a variety of mental health difficulties, including complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, OCD, dissociation, workplace stress, and other complex psychological presentations. I approach each assessment with care, objectivity, and attention to detail, ensuring that my clinical opinion is both accessible and professionally rigorous.

My aim is to provide high-quality psychological reports that support informed decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice.

06 · Supervision

Clinical Supervision

I offer supervision for Clinical Psychologists, newly qualified and trainee psychologists, and other mental health professionals. My supervision style is reflective, supportive, and grounded in clinical formulation, ethical practice, and professional development.
I offer warm, reflective, and supportive clinical supervision for psychologists, therapists, and mental health professionals seeking a thoughtful space to develop their practice. I have extensive experience of supervision both from my NHS experience and private practice. Drawing on over a decade of clinical experience, my supervision integrates expertise in CBT, trauma, dissociation, OCD, anxiety, workplace-related mental health, leadership, and behaviour change. I support supervisees to deepen their clinical thinking, build confidence, reflect on complex presentations, and maintain safe, ethical, and compassionate practice. My supervision style is collaborative, grounded, and encouraging. I aim to create a space where clinicians feel supported to explore challenges openly, strengthen their professional identity, and continue developing with confidence.

07 · Training

Training & Webinars

I deliver training and webinars for schools, small businesses, organisations and corporate teams on mental health and wellbeing. Topics can include stress management, burnout prevention, emotional resilience, trauma-informed practice, workplace wellbeing, communication, and supporting psychological safety.

Alongside individual therapy and executive coaching, I offer bespoke training and webinars for organisations seeking to support employee wellbeing, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable performance.

As an experienced clinical psychologist, my work draws on evidence-based psychological interventions, executive coaching, leadership development, trauma-informed practice, and corporate mental health. I design psychologically informed sessions that translate clinical expertise into practical workplace strategies, helping employees, managers, and senior leaders understand behaviour, manage pressure, and create meaningful change.

Training can be tailored for teams, leadership groups, HR departments, or whole organisations, with topics related to:

  • Resilience and Sustainable Performance
  • Strategies for Workplace Wellbeing
  • Leadership Under Pressure
  • Burnout, Stress, and Mental Health Awareness
  • Behaviour transformation in the workplace
  • Trauma-Informed and Compassionate Workplace Practice

Each session is designed to be engaging, accessible, and evidence-based, combining psychological insight with practical tools that participants can apply immediately. The aim is to move beyond awareness alone and support real behavioural change, helping organisations build healthier, more resilient, and higher-performing workplaces.
